Abstract Submission Guidelines

To be eligible to submit contributions at the XXIII CGA, at least half plus one of the authors of each submission must be registered.
Author registration must be fully completed by the final submission deadline. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the contribution not being included in the program or in the Congress proceedings.

Sessions Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts may have a maximum length of 2 pages. They may be written in Spanish or in English, consistently throughout the entire text. The title must be concise, in Arial font, size 12, uppercase, bold, and centered. The abstract body must contain between 300 and 700 words, and may include one figure and one table. The reference list must not exceed five citations.
The text must be submitted as a .docx (Word) file, with an A4 page size, 1.15 line spacing, Arial font size 11, justified alignment, and 2.5 cm margins. The figure (in color or black and white) must be inserted within the text. Images must respect the text box size (2.5 cm margins), have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and contain legible text in size six or larger. Figure and/or table captions must be brief and formatted in Arial, size nine font. Keywords, footnotes, and subtitles are not allowed in the abstract.

Symposium Abstract Submission Guidelines

Contributions may have a maximum length of 5 pages and a minimum of 3 pages. Submissions may be written in Spanish or English, and the chosen language must be applied consistently throughout the entire text. The title must be concise, size 12, uppercase, bold, and centered. Keywords must be placed immediately after the abstract, with a maximum of 5 words, and must differ from the words used in the title of the contribution.
The main text (including the abstract) must contain a minimum of 700 words and a maximum of 1500 words (excluding the bibliography). Contributions may include up to three figures (or two figures and one table). The structure of the text must follow the format: ABSTRACT/RESUMEN, INTRODUCTION, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS, DISCUSSION/CONCLUSIONS, and REFERENCES.

The file must be submitted in .docx (Word) format, A4 page size, with 1.15 line spacing, Arial 11 font, justified text, and 2.5 cm margins. Figures (color or grayscale) must be inserted within the text. Images must comply with page margins (2.5 cm), have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and all text within figures must be legible at 6-point font or larger. Figure and table captions must be brief and formatted in Arial at size 9 font. Footnotes are not permitted.
